摘要: The article constructively critiques the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) 12 Principles on Water Governance (the OECD Principles). human rights standard, United Nations Declaration Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), provided foundation conceptualizing water rights. analysis used a modification Zwarteveen Boelens’ 2014 framework four echelons contestation. indicates that assume state authority over governance, make invisible peoples’ own governance systems perpetuate discourses colonialism.
