摘要: Chronic atrophic corpus gastritis, termed as autoimmune gastritis or type A and primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) are characterized by a common immunological process against the exocrine glandular structures of both stomach bile duct. However, there has been controversy over whether is associated with PBC. Recently, it suggested that Helicobacter pylori plays an important role in early stage due to induction autoantibodies reactive protein gastric parietal cells. One hypothesis molecular mimicry, possibly resulting from H. infection, might be responsible for initiating response predisposed host cross-reactivity among mucosal, ductular, bacterial antigens. The aim this study assess changes could affect patients PBC, determine correlation infection. Sixteen PBC were enrolled study. All examined serological studies anti-pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH) antibody, anti-H. gastrin vitamin B12. Gastroscopy was performed on all order verify histological findings microscopically identify pylori. Atrophic found 2 16 (12.5%), one whom confirmed have pernicious anemia, developed gastritis. infection antibody 7 (43.8%) 11 (68.8%) patients, respectively. Anti-H. positive although absent biopsy specimen. There between anti-PDH antibodies sera not frequently involved possible pathogenic factor because presence antibody. titer confirmed. Consequently, induce responses development requires further
