摘要: Abstract C/C composites and a titanium alloy were joined using AgCuTi filler metal at 860–1000 °C for 3–30 min. The effects of brazing parameters on the microstructures brazed joint investigated by SEM, EDS XRD. mechanical properties joints measured an Inston-1186 testing machine. results show that mainly consists TiC, TiCu, Ti 3 Cu 4 2 reaction products. TiC + C/TiCu layers are formed near composite while /TiCu/Ti Cu/Ti Cu + Ti (s.s) TC4. thickness increases amount TiCu + Ti in middle decreases with increased temperature or holding time. maximum shear strength is 25 MPa T = 910 °C time t = 10 min.
