摘要: Tax rates on automotive fuels vary markedly among different countries, ranging from heavy subsidies for all in Nigeria and Iran to high taxes Europe. Most developing countries tax gasoline--considered a consumption good of the wealthy--more heavily than diesel or kerosene, poor. This article discusses transport light significant externalities associated with use these fuels.
