QED correction to asymmetry for polarized ep scattering from the method of electron structure functions

摘要: The electron structure function method is applied to calculate model-independent QED radiative corrections the asymmetry of electron-proton scattering. Representations for both spin-independent and spin-dependent parts cross section are derived. Master formulas include leading in all orders main contribution second order provide accuracy at level one per mill. Numerical calculations illustrate our analytic results elastic deep inelastic events.
