摘要: Objectives Previous reviews have reported that manifestations of pain sensitization may play an important role in the experienced by people with knee osteoarthritis. However, it is unknown if are common features across other painful disorders or requires targeted intervention. This review aims to synthesize published research investigating and evaluate change response treatment. Methods The systematic protocol was registered PROSPERO (CRD42015024211). We searched Medline, Embase, CINAHL, Web Science, Sportsdiscus, Cochrane Central for studies investigated between-group differences (knee vs pain-free subjects) effect treatment on sensitization. Two reviewers independently assessed inclusion quality. Available data were synthesized via predetermined levels evidence, meta-analysis, metaregression where possible.
