摘要: Acute hemorrhage of the upper peptic system is most commen emergency that a clinical doctor has to deal with. According recent edidemiological data, acute non-cirsoid hemorrhage concerns most 300,000 annual admissions to U.S.A. hospitals with mortality rate nearly 7-10%. The reestablishment homodynamic disturbances and the replacement lost in vessel mass prime role the clinical doctor. When stability obtained, the adaptation therapeutic endoscopy vital significance for verification interruption hemorrhage. It review follows, analysis different endoscopic techniques for hemostasis available today attempted and in particular, methods adaptation their results confronting system. Key-words: system, therapeutically intervention, Endoscopical techniques hemostace.
