摘要: Endometrial endometrioid carcinoma (EEC) represents approximately 75-80% of endometrial cases. Three hundred thirty-six patients with EEC followed-up in the authors' institutions between and 2010-2018 were included our study. Two seventy-two low- intermediate- identified using European Society for Medical Oncology criteria confirmed by histopathological examination. Recurrence was reported 17 these patients. The study group consisted relapse. A control 51 formed at a ratio 3:1 according to age, stage, grade, similar that group. Of recurrent disease, 13 (76.5%) stage 1A, 4 (23.5%) 1B. No significant difference found grade case groups (p>0.05). Body mass index, parity, tumor size, lower uterine segment involvement, SqD, Ki-67 index p<0.25 univariate logistic regression analysis multivariate analysis. statistically (p=0.018); however, there no statistical significance SqD other parameters. Our data suggest rather than needs be assessed recurrence intermediate-risk EEC.
