摘要: The most important intermediates in the ruthenium porphyrin-catalyzed epoxidation of olefins by pyridine N-oxides are shown to be N-oxide-coordinated RuIVO complexes. With a chiral porphyrin catalyst, enantioselective terminal aromatic proceeds with up 80% ee.
