摘要: During the classical period of study natural products, molecular structures such substances were unravelled by skilful application chemical degradative methods. The final proof structure rested on synthesis compound and establishing its identify with that isolated product. Within last quarter a century these methods have been augmented relatively easier spectroscopic techniques. This impetus, as in other disciplines, has mainly due to explosive development science electronics.
