摘要: A low temperature (708C) magnetron deposition process has been developed for the of silver coatings on thermally sensitive polymeric substrates. This was achieved by combining sputtering with a neutral atom beam (Saddle Field) plasma source. range polymer sheet and tube substrates coated thicknesses in 5–50 nm. The bacterial adhesion bactericidal effects polymers assessed using Staphylococcus epidermidis cytotoxicity fibroblast cells.
