摘要: In this work, Zr particles reinforced Ni–Zr composite coatings were prepared by eletrodeposition from a Watts bath at different current densities. The effects of density on the surface morphology, composition, texture, grain size, microstrain, hardness, residual stresses and corrosion resistance investigated in detail. results showed that particle contents increased with reducing densities have an effect microstructures properties coatings. As decreased, (200) preferred orientation coating changed to random or slight (111) size decreased. stress hardness attained best 2 A dm−2.
