摘要: Pressurized liquid extraction using green solvents (ethanol and water) was applied to extract photosynthetic pigments from the microalgae Chlamydomonas sp. An experimental design is employed determine effect of conditions on yield antioxidant capacity different extracts determined 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl TEAC tests. All show significant activity in all assays. Besides, this work, carotenoid chlorophyll composition analyzed by HPLC–DAD–APCI–MS/MS for first time, being main compounds lutein pheophythin a´.
