摘要: Long term effects of glenohumeral joint translational (gliding) manipulation on range motion, pain, and function in patients with adhesive capsulitis were studied. Thirty-one underwent brachial plexus block followed by the joint. Changes motion pain assessed before patient under anesthesia, immediately after still at early followup (5.3 +/- 3.2 weeks), long (14.4 7.3 months). Passive increased significantly for flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation. Significant decreases visual analog scores between initial evaluation assessments also occurred. Furthermore, Wolfgang's criteria score assessments. Translational provides a safe, effective treatment option capsulitis.
