摘要: We report the fabrication and characteristics of a novel graphene-Ag0 hybrid plasmonic nanostructure-based photodetector exhibiting moderately high responsivity (∼28 mA/W) spectral selectivity (∼510 nm) in visible wavelength. The formation highly stable Ag0 nanoparticles with an average size 40 nm is observed within graphene layers, resulting n-type doping material. absorption peak redshifted to wavelength from Ag (∼380 agreement optical simulation results for embedded metal nanoparticles. study demonstrates synergistic effect graphene-metal nanocomposite, which appears attractive applications graphene-based photonic devices.
