Social Assistance Policy Development and the Provision of a Decent Level of Income in Selected OECD Countries

摘要: The paper starts with a brief look at social expenditure patterns and the importance of different policy areas, in particular role assistance within protection systems. It then looks objectives considers payment-rates terms adequacy, financial incentives to work, addressing issues as budget standards, indexation methods approach towards specific client groups. Also, study briefly highlights Chinese public more generally presents some key indicators on dynamics ageing populations which will have consequences for future trends China.
