摘要: In this paper, the controllable band width, resolution and sample loading were investigated by injection system of free-flow electrophoresis (FFE) with gratis gravity. Two general methods described herein. The first method was one in which fluxes variable constant background flux, while second flexible stable flux. With methyl green crystal violet as two viewable model compounds, a series experiments performed, experimental results revealed that (1) width could be under desiring control through regulation ratios between fluxes, (2) separative also adjusted elaborately via flux during separation only charge disparity, (3) conveniently controlled an approximate maximum selected condition just completed adjoining solutes. addition, it observed ratio had soft influence on These significance to designs newly developed FFE device
