摘要: Electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of Gd/sup 3+/ were observed in singie crystals strontium and barium fluoride. The effects thermal treatment hydrolysis at high temperatures on the electron studied. Two synthetic single from semi-elements doped melt with 0.02% GdF/sub 3/ by weight used. orientation samples was achieved cleavage along (111) directions static magnetic field rotated a (110) plane.
