摘要: The characteristics of ferroelectric capacitors with poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethlene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) films have been studied at different structures cell electrodes. It is suggested that the effect electrode could induce changes performance. Remarkably, cells line electrodes display a better polarization and fatigue resistance than those flat For P(VDF-TrFE) ultrathin structures, models charge compensation mechanism for depolarization field domain decomposition are used to explain structure. Furthermore, driving voltage based on normal speed-functionality designed, testing results show structure robust switching, which determined by free charges concentration in active layer. These findings provide an effective route design optimum capacitor copolymer film.
