摘要: Background It has been evident for a while that the result after resection colon cancer may not have optimal. Several years ago, this was showed by some leading surgeons in USA but concept of improving results consistently pursued. Later, Europe and Japan increasingly adopted more radical principle complete mesocolic excision (CME) as optimal approach cancer. The CME is similar philosophy to total mesorectal rectal precise terminology surgery are key factors.
