摘要: Abstract After initial tests carried out on 20 stained paper samples from different centuries, we have devised a non-destructive method for taking foxed areas of ancient maps. The stains were examined in normal light (NL) and then with fluorescence; checked whether fungal colonies not developing that did respond to electronic excitation. Samples taken using gauze–cotton swabs fluorescent only. We found fungi develop, the clearly visible but fluorescent, when they placed inside humidity chambers. It was confirmed there is correlation between thermo-hygrometric parameters place preservation relationship environment species. cellulosolithic bacteria. recommend early identification “discolouring” methods order arrange suitable conditions preventing development infection.
