摘要: HLA-DR association with IDDM in local population Beijing was studied by PCR/SSP typing. The frequency of HLA-DR9 significantly higher diabetic patients (30.3% [45/148] vs 17.92% [38/212], chi 2 = 6.97, P 0.05) and DR2 lower (7.4% [11/148] 19.8% [42/212], 9.67, < 1.9 x 10(-3)). These results suggest that DR9 DR3 both were positively associated IDDM, but negatively IDDM.
