摘要: Abstract The activities of seven enzymes associated with glucose metabolism were measured in muscle, liver and mammary glands intact, castrated rats treated progesterone, oestradiol-17β or Tamoxifen. following differences observed: I. Castration significantly reduces the G6PDH PGM whereas it increases total protein content tissue. Administration progesterone oestradiol failed to alter these castration-induced changes. Tamoxifen treatment castration induced rise activity: 2. induces a significant reduction activity 6PGDH an increase PHI liver. animals levels found intact animals. showed decrease G6PDH, PHI: 3. Neither nor any subsequent treatments affected muscle.
