摘要: A method and structure for discovering problem resolution in a helpdesk data set of tickets is based on using an enumerated phrases that have been identified as indicating diagnosis, instruction, or corrective action. count these then obtained used along with any accompanying structured information to score each ticket. The are sorted so the most useful appear first.
