摘要: Under the Kyoto Protocol, which has recently come into effect, several industrialised countries have committed themselves to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions by various degrees. These commitments can be met through national policies and measures acquiring emission certificates on global market. Most Western European states as well non-European such Canada Japan already announced that they intend include latter option in plans reach Protocol reduction target. Whether resulting demand will satisfied supply of is becoming a question addressed, are slowly declaring interest selling buying certificates.
