摘要: Calcium and sodium permeability of human reticulocytes have been studied compared to mature erythrocytes. Mature erythrocytes had extremely low Ca2+ which was less than 0.1% values published for squid axon or HeLa cells. entry markedly increased in reticulocyte-rich suspensions the uptake linearly related percentage present. The data suggest that are 43-fold more permeable cells although their concentration is not increased. Sodium influx into also direct proportion percent Reticulocytes sixfold Na+ so ratio Ca2+:Na+ falls by sevenfold as reticulocyte changes an erythrocyte. [3H]Ouabain binding cell correlation suggested a value about 4,000 sites per with 362+/-69 cell. Maturation produces disproportionate cation particular selective loss permeability.
