摘要: This study explores structural community adversity, family, and individual factors as potential risks of poor parental adolescent physical health. Poor health among adolescents, specifically obesity, in turn may lead to educational, economic, social disadvantages adolescents become young adults. Community family uniquely influence the risk general parents. is associated with obesity. Structural level influences on obesity emphasize need for intervention programs support disadvantaged youth their families. In addition exploring that results indicate being obese/overweight during adolescence has a detrimental wide range non-physical life domains. Obese/overweight are at an increased lower educational attainment involvement early sexual activities than normal weight adolescents. addition, have higher levels economic hardship depressive symptoms adulthood. However, obesity/overweight moderated by gender.
