摘要: In this paper we present a three-dimensional visualization technique for multi-channel volume data. The simulates the physical process of fluorescence, hence its name: achromatic simulated fluorescent (amSFP). data set is as 3D distribution different dyes, where each channel represented by particular type dye. Apart from spatial density map, no additional characteristics about have to be defined; image segmentation needed prior visualization. degree interaction among channels in fluorescence can adapted optimally render specific structures image. obtained imaging device that able measure number quantities at given location within specimen. principle, algorithm, and implementation are presented. We used investigate relative arrangement blood vessels astrocytes cat retina. two components been stained with dyes recorded confocal light microscope form two-channel set. © 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
