摘要: Hand-written fabrication techniques offer new ways of developing customizable, biodegradable and low-cost electronic systems. In this work, a level complexity is demonstrated for hand-written electronics by fabricating passive components, circuits sensorsystem on paper. The system comprises pencil-written graphite force-sensitive-resistor, pencil-drawn RC-filter, pen-written half-wave rectifier, commercial front-end voltage amplifier. sensor exhibits linear response pressures up to 1.2 kPa, sensitivity 51 mV kPa-1 . Furthermore, the electrical mechanical performance single components studied. Diodes fabricated through deposition silver nickel contacts amorphous Indium-Gallium-Zinc-Oxide coated paper show rectification ratios 1:8. Tensile compressive bending measurements applied all radii down 0.1 mm indicate minor influence strain. Similar results are obtained created from these individual components. rectifiers stable behavior when bent radius 5 mm. presented can enable development flexible eco-friendly wearables sensors consumer healthcare applications, an effective way school-pupils explore world electronics.
