摘要: The present invention relates to an essential colourless binder composition comprising a naphthenic oil having total content of naphthenics 35%-80% by weight, based on the weight oil, and petroleum or synthetic hydrocarbon resin, wherein ratio resin is between 10:90 90:10. suitable for use in coloured asphalt compositions emulsions.
