摘要: In a medium with spatial dispersion the power Pabs dissipated per unit volume by an electro-magnetic wave differs from (J.E) divergence of vector which is interpreted as correction delta Skin to Poynting flux due coherent particle motion in field. The authors obtain expressions for and hot, inhomogeneous, weakly collisional plasmas evaluating time-averaged rate change total kinetic energy density charged particles, generalizing method suggested McVey et al.
