摘要: We have demonstrated stable running-mode operation of a superconducting quantum interferometer whose Josephson junction shunts are capacitively blocked in order to cut the signal-band noise currents. An intrinsic energy resolution 26 times Planck's constant was reached, which is compared against numerical estimate obtained downmixing picture.
