摘要: Abstract The geometry and topology of two-dimensional grain structures have been analyzed for different conditions nucleation growth to impingement. These include simultaneous at a fixed number sites, continuous constant rate per unit untransformed area. Intermediate between these cases are in which the declines with time. Another set those is excluded zone surrounding each pre-existing grain. A assumed all conditions. All modelled result markedly structures. modelling intended applications study thin films metals or semiconductors.
