摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the validity and reliability of Exercise Resourcefulness Inventory (ERI) designed to assess self-regulatory strategies used promote regular exercise. Methods In Study 1, inventory's relationship with other established scales in exercise behavior change field was examined. 2, test–retest predictive ERI by having participants from 1 complete inventory a second time.
