摘要: Abstract The composition and formulation of an artificial medium handling techniques are described for rearing the chalcid insect endoparasite, Brachymeria lasus (Walker) from egg to adult stage under in vitro conditions. was devoid host materials, prepared aseptically, contained 15% ( w v ) albumin, 1% amino acids, 4% glucose, approximately 2.5% lipids, 0.3% inorganic salts, 0.01% B vitamins, 0.2% lipogenic growth factors. Eggs were obtained by dissection developing larvae reared tissue culture plates. Adults fecund.
