摘要: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a degenerative disease of uncertain etiology which affects the central nervous system. It most common nontraumatic disabling neurological disorder among adults under 60 years age (Rao, Neurobehavioral Aspects Sclerosis, 1990), with approximately 12,000 individuals receiving diagnosis MS in United States each year (Alonso and Hernan, Neurology 71(2):129–135, 2008). women more frequently than men (1.7:1; Baum Rothschild, Ann Neurol 10(5):420–428, 1981), risk for increases farther one lives from equator (Ebers Sadovnick, 1998)
