摘要: Sour orange (Citrus aurantium L.) grown in low-P (9–12 ppm) and high-P (420 soil inoculated with or without Glomus intraradices (G.i.), were evaluated for biomass, carbohydrates, ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBPCase), phosphoenolpyruvate (PEPCase) activity, leaf 14CO2 incorporation, other physiological parameters. Growth of plants the low-P, noninoculated was lowest, total dry biomass reduced up to half inoculum treatment. Total nonstructural carbohydrates 40% lower leaves soil, compared treatments. Inoculation enhanced incorporation by 67%, chlorophyll content 28%, RuBPCase activity 42%, Improved P-use efficiency G.i. comparable nutrition improving concentration major photosynthetic products that include starch sucrose. Leaf PEPCase treatment, however, at least threefold higher than treatments, suggesting a possible alteration organic acid metabolism sour as result P deficiency.
