摘要: The polymorphic markers of nuclear SSR (simple sequence repeat), SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism)/InDel (insertion–deletion length polymorphism), and cpSSR (chloroplast SSR) were used to evaluate the genetic diversity 52 trifoliate oranges their relatives. two genomic DNA-based produced high values PIC (polymorphic information content) at 0.45 for SNP/InDel 0.32 SSR, indicating that there is a large variation within oranges. Three UPGMA (unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means) dendrograms generated based on results three marker systems. At 0.76 coefficient, all Poncirus accessions clustered into one group, except 74-1 Early Poncirus, precocious oranges, which was placed separately another group by SSR. higher discriminated 4, 6 groups (0.86), (0.95), respectively. revealed originated from different sources. Hubei Beibei asexual mutants probably sexual hybrid. present study also indicated ‘Zhiwenzhou,’ diploid chimera orange Satsuma more closely related rather than orange, in concordance morphological observation.
