摘要: The theory of paraelectric resonance (PER) and relaxation is reformulated to allow a consistent treatment dynamic lattice processes, even in the case when coupling strong. A simple model Hamiltonian used certain response functions are calculated without using perturbation theory. It shown that main effect strong at low temperatures induce renormalization tunneling parameter dipoles. structure phonon sidebands PER discussed. predicts transfer intensity from lines above characteristic temperature. given same techniques. calculation temperature dependence dipole-lattice time agrees well with experiment adjustment two parameters.
