摘要: Studies on intact cells, membrane vesicles, and reconstituted proteoliposomes have demonstrated in higher plants the existence of an ATP-driven electrogenic proton pump operating at plasmalemma. There is also evidence a second H+ localized tonoplast. The characteristics both these pumps closely correspond to those plasmalemma tonoplast ofNeurospora yeasts.
