摘要: Arabinoxylans (AX) from cereals are cell wall components that constitute an important part of the dietary fiber intake in humans. Enzymatic hydrolysis AX yields arabinoxylan-oligosaccharides (AXOS), consisting arabinoxylooligosaccharides and xylooligosaccharides (XOS). This reaction takes place production AXOS cereal-derived food products such as bread beer, well colon upon ingestion AX. review mainly focuses on available evidence XOS exert prebiotic effects humans animals through selective stimulation beneficial intestinal microbiota. In addition, vitro experiments vivo intervention studies or discussed have investigated potential health-related resulting AX, AXOS, XOS.
