摘要: Abstract During the last decade a number of long-held tenets energy sector have been rewritten. With rise new technologies and help policies favouring RES (renewable sources) transformation our understanding system its possibilities has encouraged dramatic changes in World's landscape. As some importers became exporters, countries long-defined as significant exporters centres demand growth. In these turbulent times, it is awareness dynamics underpinning markets that crucial for both decision-makers investors to form informed opinions on how reconcile string technical, environmental, economic social factors order provide best solutions regarding country specifics demands. The right combination could fuel growth, whilst still providing secure affordable line with low-carbon goals. Those might successfully anticipate developments can derive advantage market, while those fail recognise importance movements risk making poor policy investment decisions. this light following accession Croatia European Union, questions are raised country's legal framework development their ability cope demands faced. Taking practical example, impact different strategies considered through application novel approach suggested by paper.
