摘要: The outbreak of antimicrobial resistance, together with the lack newly developed drugs, represents an alarming signal for both human and animal healthcare worldwide. Selection rational dosage regimens traditional drugs based on pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic principles as well development novel antimicrobials targeting new bacterial targets or resistance mechanisms are key approaches in tackling AMR. In addition to cellular level (i.e., mutation horizontal gene transfer determinants), community bilofilms persisters) is also issue causing therapy difficulties. Therefore, anti-resistance antibiofilm strategies have currently become research hotspot combat resistance. Although metallic nanoparticles can kill bacteria inhibit biofilm formation, toxicity still a big challenge their clinical applications. conclusion, use existing combinational fighting against powerful warranties preserve potent humans animals.
