摘要: Polymer nanocomposites are produced using a supercritical fluid (e.g., carbon dioxide). The dioxide mixes with the nano-clay particulates and diffuses into galleries to make susceptible separation. can be subjected mechanical beating operation reduce them in size formation of agglomerates. then injected as mixture directly polymer stream. Because line leading stream is open, pressure drop particles travel causes exfoliate. Further, because present during exfoliation injection polymer, tend stay exfoliated disperse fine throughout polymer. also lowers viscosity assist distributing particles.
