摘要: Immunopharmacological studies of drugs used in cardiovascular diseases provide new data concerning their modulating effect on the levels proinflammatory cytokines, chemokines and adhesion molecules. Therefore, we have made an attempt to find out whether enalapril, quinapril losartan (drugs treatment arterial hypertension) are able modulate lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced cytokine serum concentrations (tumor necrosis factor alpha - TNF-alpha, interleukin-1 beta _ IL-1 beta, interleukin-6 IL-6) spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).
