摘要: Abstract Zinc Oxide and Gallium doped films have been deposited by the Spray Pyrolysis method onto preheated glass substrates using acetate (III) acetyl acetonate as precursors for Zn Ga ions, respectively. The effect of ZnO doping on structural, morphological, optical chemical properties sprayed thin were investigated. XRD studies reveal that are crystalline with hexagonal (wurtzite) crystal structure. average transparency in visible range was around 75% film doping. X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) utilized to view changes oxidation state films. has above Indium Tin (ITO) coated substrate. efficiency obtained DSSC measured 0.1 M sensitizing 12 h was, ŋ = 2.5%.
