Combination of long term aerated storage and chemical coagulation/flocculation to winery wastewater treatment

摘要: Abstract Winery wastewaters from white and red wine production were studied, in the first stage of this work, by a coagulation/flocculation process using four different coagulants (FeSO4, Al2(SO4)3, FeCl3 Ca(OH)2). The optimal pH volume coagulant added studied. From results achieved it was possible to verify that allows, within conditions dosage, an efficient removal turbidity (aluminium sulphate, 92.6%) total suspended solids — TSS (calcium hydroxide, 95.4%).
