摘要: Adventitious shoots were regenerated from leaf and stem explants of eleven chrysanthemum cultivars. The optimum medium for both explant types contained Murashige & Skoog basal supplemented with 5 μM 6-benzylaminopurine α-napthaleneacetic acid. Generally, superior to explants. There large cultivar differences in shoot regeneration frequency three cultivars failing respond over a wide range hormone combinations. Shoots on appeared mainly originate cortical cells which rapidly divided ruptured the epidermis. Regenerated could be easily rooted, transferred glasshouse conditions, grown flowering. All plants had same morphological characteristics compared derived nodes.
