摘要: The goal of this review article is to highlight our understanding potential complications after heart transplantation. We aim discuss recent advances within the field that directly impact management transplant recipients. Our target audiences include cardiologists, emergency medicine, and internal medicine providers. Heart transplantation remains definitive therapy for end-stage failure. Complications can be divided in post-operative, early, late. are related differing physiology denervated as well immunosuppressive medications necessitated maintain graft function. These primary dysfunction, allograft rejection, chronic renal insufficiency, cardiac vasculopathy, malignancy. anticipation patients receiving a involve comprehensive differences transplanted effects therapies.
