摘要: The binding of germanium to Pseudomonas putida ATCC 33015 was investigated by using whole intact cells grown in a medium supplemented with GeO(2) and catechol or acetate. Electron-microscopic examination the control metal-loaded samples revealed that bound within cell envelope. A certain number small electron-dense deposits element were found cytoplasm when presence catechol. study distribution cellular fractions facilitated intracellular accumulation this element.
